If you can't go without it and you find yourself thinking about it and craving it, then you're addicted. I would know because I may have a slight diet coke addiction. It's probably the caffeine that makes you want more.
You have a soda addiction if you crave and think about it, your mouth waters haha I know I have one and im addicted to coca cola lol i actually get into a bad mood and i take one sip and i feel soo relieved and desrtressed so maye that helps haha but soda is sooo bad for you, its hard to quite tho..bby steps
Its highly unlikely you have an addiction You like the taste and bubbles and are in a pattern of using it. But if you were stuck in the north pole and only had water you would NOT show trauma, delusions, sweating, desperation etc . What will happen from here is that other tastes will interest you. Then you will catch up on the carbohydrate (sugar) you are bombing yourself with. Maybe you'll get early diabetes before you decide "whoa this is not for me" Neither will be cordials, fruit juices etc You will find beverages with little carbs, best being water (no carbs and free) . Maybe start now by using a smaller cup and always add ice cubes. . helpful ?
