please answer me is there any cure for SMA type 2 ? and have the doctors find any new information about SMA type 2 ? and what are the best hospitals in the USA for SMA type 2 ? ( Sorry for my bad English ) PLEASE HELP ME :"( and I am coming to the USA and I don't know what hospital I should go to ?

Your Doctors in whatever country you are in will give you recommendations. It's not logical that you would leave without knowing which hospital your Doctor has recommended for you. Your questions seems a bit like a troll question.

As I shared above, your Dr. should give you direction in regards to hospitals in the US.
