How can my son claim financial hardship from obamacare?
I understand that a person can claim financial hardship exemption from Obama care. My son supports the household, because I am disabled. He is only 18 and, thanks to Obama, just had his hours cut at work, since Obama said that 40 hours is no longer considered full time. My son's hours were cut to 32. Now, he will be bringing home 160.00 less a month, from his paycheck. We have to rely on a food bank, for food, as it is, because we have very little money. And, we can't even get food stamps!! There is no way, that my son will be able to pay for healthcare. That will put us out on the street. So I need to know, how can my son and I go about claiming financial hardship from the obamacare program? If Congress, Amish, muslins, american indians, etc., can be exempt. Than people who financially cannot afford it, should be exempt, as well.
