how can I break up with my boyfriend without him freaking out?

he's actually a friend I didn't wanna diss him cause of the sweet things he posted about me on Facebook. I don't wanna hurt him. he's a nice guy it's just I never actually had a stable relationship so I really don't know how to deal with this. I care about him..

Tell him it's not working out and the reason why, but be nice about it. If it's something he's super sensitive about or sounds mean, lie. And tell him you still want to be friends. If you're lucky, he'll feel the same way. If he's normal, he'll be hurt for a while, but he'll get over it.

Well, you've got one of two choices: 1) stay in the relae and try to make it as stable as possible and maybe find that you are where you wanna be when it comes to relationships, or 2) break up with him and let him know that you don't really see him as anything more than a friend. No matter how you break up with him, he's gonna be upset, whether he understands/respects your decision or not. You'd be upset if someone broke up with you, right?

I think that you just need to be honest and DONT just walk away after you tell him. Thats might make him think you dont care. Give him a hig or aomethig and tell him why. Thats what i did to all my boyfriends ive broken up with. Trust me. It worka

gently tell him you dont want him to post too many nice things. then stay off of facebook for
a while. maybe meet up with him and talk things out thats depending if he lives near you. GOOD LUCK!!!
