Wainscoting everywhere in my bathroom?

Example- close to the sink, behind toilet, above the shower-tub insert/wall enclosure. I really want the wainscoting on the 3 walls, from the top of the Shower insert, to the ceiling. The tub insert is a big 2 piece, tub with walls -think Bathfitters. Is this a good idea??
And what type?

So, to be clear, you want the wainscotting on the TOP part of your wall? Because normally its just the bottom three feet of wall. Depending on the style, I think it would look fine if you go proportional to the room, though you would have to add a chair rail to trim the bottom, and a crown molding to clean up where it meets the ceiling.

My family purchased a PVC form of beadboard wainscotting - complete with baseboard and chair rail - from Lowe's. Since it was PVC it is waterproof and very easy to cut.

Putting wood in a bathroom is not a great idea due to the excessive humidity. That will cause a lot of expansion and contraction in the wood. Plus, fitting panels around all those installed fixtures would would be a major task.
