I'm 4'10 i weigh 95 .But eat more of healthy foods. Not junk food to gain weight. Gain weight in a healthy way. If your wanting to gain weight if not, just be healthier and maintain. You may just have a fast metabolism.
By increasing your calorie intake you will gain weight. There's a product at GNC called Weight Gainer. Its a meal replacement powder. Make a shake 2 times a day. One in the morning and one before bed time
