Ha that's not easy for anyone. But here's two things you can try: (1) Set your alarm a half hour before you have to get up so you will have an extra half hour to sleep. (make sure its a loud one) (2) Put a very loud alarm across the room so you have to get up to turn it off

**getting in this flow** - this helps me get up in the morning -
Take a shower, just a few degrees colder than room temperature, right when you wake up, and make sure to scrub your face really well. It hypes up your body a little bit, and makes you much more awake and alert. Also eat a really good breakfast. Also, play with your dog or cat if you have one to start your day on a good, happy note.
Wake up about a half an hour earlier so you have more time to wake up. Splash your face with water and take a shower a little colder then usual. You could also go for a quick jog around the neighborhood or the street you live on. Hope this helps :) <3
Before you go to sleep at night, visualize yourself waking up rested and refreshed and ready to face the day. Repeat something like "I will wake up energetic and happy in the morning". Repeat this over and over until you fall asleep. Do not use a negative statement like "I will not be tired in the morning". It must be a positive statement.

You just need an early night, so the next day you will get tired at a more convenient time and be waking up naturally at an earlier time without an alarm. Nobody wants to wake up to that, but if you are already waking up its not so bad. That does to seem the be the hardest part of every day for the most part though. I'm going to bed now. Good night.
Problem is forced awakening. Sleep is not evenly. Not every moment is suitable for alarm. There are alarm clocks, which measure the depth of sleep. You wake up in the shallow phase. Good is also an alarm that mimic sunrise. Of course, there will be nothing if you do not go to bed on time.
Remember what old Ben Franklin said, "early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise," and I suggest you try to get 7-8 hours of sleep nightly, then slap your face with cold water as soon as you get your ass out of bed.
here's a trick to help get you awake and energized (it also helps with self discipline). get in the shower make it cool then gradually go warmer ,relax for a few minutes then turn the water suddenly cooler .not freezing. then get used to the cool water then gradually turn it colder until you have no heat or until you can't stand it. when you get out you will not only be more awake you will bot be as cold. i do this in 10 or under minutes i have to get up at 5:30 EVERY morning so it helps a lot also think to yourself you have got to get up anyways so might as well do it on time.
