Can you apply liquid eye liner on to your water line without causing a health issue?

health issue? well, it'll probably hurt to say the least. use Revlon waterproof stick eyeliner. it stays just the same (said by someone with past eyeliner grief)

yes you can put it on but it's going to rub of right away and you run the risk of stabbing yourself in the eye, I would recommend black or close to black eye shadow

Yes, but it will come on your eye, smear, and hurt. Use pencil or powder (eyeshadow) if you want to be more safe.

The people at clinque say not to put eyeliner there so I suggest you don't.

It's probably gonna sting a lot an get black liquid in your eye. Try a black eye liner such as a pencil or a retractable eye liner than isnt liquid

You can but yes it will smear and run. Speaking from experience here.
