Any tips for getting my splits in about a month?

I practiced doing the splits everyday. Inch by inch, day by day, you'll see the improvement. Til you can actually execute it.

I'm a black belt in splitting as a ninja now.

push yourself down the whole way while it initially hurts once youre down youre fine but holding inbetween hurts
