Does he like me? If not, why does he do it?

Today, I was walking to class, and I heard someone yell my name. I looked around, and saw that the guy in question with his friend (I never talk to his friend and he never talks to me). It was his friend who had yelled my name. The guy in question (Lets call him C) was looking at the floor. Then hes like 'Heyyy, how it goin?' 'good...' 'Going good?' 'yup' then I walked away and C pushed his friend and was like 'why'd you do that?!'. Hes also done other things, like, waggle his eyebrows at me, ask me what it would be like if we were 'in charge' of the world. Just me and him. Im not sure what to think...
