Is it hard to get your GED without an high school education?

Report as

Go to your local library and they have a GED Workbook you can study. That information is on your test. I don't know what grade you quit in or how long ago it's been since you were in school. You probably retained more information than you think. Those workbooks have practice test in them. You can do this! If it was too terribly hard, no one would go take the test.

Chicano_Joe, if you take the GED classes, and buy the GED book, it should be a breeze. They do practice tests and help you in the classes!

The GED classes are free there about 3 months 2 days a week for three hours. Then when you go to take the test it's about 35-50$ they test you in 5 subjects. If you study right it's not hard.

No, getting a GED is a lot harder to get just because theres a lot more work. rather then going to school for 9 hrs and being in different classes. N it cost money to get GED, not unless u go to jail then it's free. But I wouldn't recommend that. I think schools tuff n it's boring but its worth it to be successful.

Well it was hard to me. I'm still taking GED classes and I went all the way to 11th grade.
