How do i lose weight?

Im a 16 year old guy , 5'6 tall and like 120 pounds i feel super fat i have like a 6 pack of jelly rolls and im trying to lose some weight, Iv been working out a lot lately and iv only gained pounds i was like in like 110 pounds on the last week of december and now im 120 also iv been eating a lot should i just stop eating a lot and just workout ALOT more i dont want to keep getting more fat

ThatOneGuy420. When you first start working out, you usually gain muscle before you lose fat, so some of that weight, is probably muscle. Which is a lot healthier, and nicer looking than fat. I just want to begin by saying, you are NOT fat!
To lose weight, you must burn off more calories than you consume. Either way you want to look at this, if you want to continue eating a lot, like you've mentioned, then you need to burn off more calories.

Don't feel fat, I can about guarantee you that that ten pounds you gained was all muscle. One way you can tell what your body fat % is is to put your weight and other info in a Body Fat Calculator, and you'll find out exactly what you are. But trust me, dude, your not fat

ThatOneGuy, just try working out the same amount, but eating healthier food. Do you drink soda? If so, giving that up will help you lose quite a bit of weight. Instead of junk, eat more fruits and veggies. Practice protion control. These things will help you more than anything.

no i actually stopped drinking soda acouple months ago,, i try and eat healthy food but the only goodish foods we have are cerial, or eggs. my family can not tell what is good food or junk food :/,, when we have fruit in the house i eat it all so fast they dont even bother to buy any because i eat it all or they get mad and tell me that the rest of the house is hungry.

Yea when you smoke-snack on fruits & veggies. But sex is the best workout

lol when i blaze there is only junk food because my family dosnt know good from bad food haha and tbh i have not ever done it lol :p so i wouldnt know about that work out

Your not fat. Here's something to know: muscle weighs more then fat, so if you continue working out, you'll buff up, and gain muscle, which is better then fat. Put your weight and other info on a Body Fat Calculator, and you'll find out what your fat percentage is.
