Is there chance of enlargement in the bones if the severe pain continues for long time

I have a severe pain in the teeth of my right side and its being long time.So can it be the cause for the enlargement of jaw area?

There cannot be a chance of enlargement in the bones. The only enlargement would be in the swelling of the muscles due to the pains. You need to see a dentist before any serious development on your jaws or the teeth.

Yes, because of the probability of swelling from infection or abscess. You need to see a dentist ASAP.
