I have taking Raspberry ketones for three weeks, 200mg twice a day. losing 8lb. fourth don't seem to be working. can anyone help.

Congrats on the weight you lost. The reason you don't lose weight on the 4th week is because your body got used to the amount of keystones you put in the body. Two things to do. Up your keystone intake by 200mg. Take an extra pill to make it 300mg in the morning and another 300mg in the afternoon. Two, take another supplement called Green Coffee Bean Extract together with you're keystones. It is said they work better together

Most people when they start to lose weight in the first few weeks lose mostly water...whether Keytones actually help Im sceptical
