A follower or sheep or low self esteem or lacks social skills. this is why they aren't a well balanced personality. they aren't sure of their faith in them selfs to make wise choices continually. they may have a fear of failing so don't want to be the one who made the actual dicision or came up with the plan of attack. if you are a follower then if it's the wrong discision it's not your fault, you were just going with the flow.
