why is PCR important to forensic science?
PCR is important to Forensic Science since it helps in the analysis of DNA from different biological samples. While using this technique of Polymerase chain reaction, PCR, in Forensic science, caution must be taken so as to avoid having infective results. Believe it or not, my cousin (Cary Mullis), invented the PCR. It allows you to take a small amount of DNA and create longer strands of it.
