Thanks Shaylen!
Marcus, I know I'm right about you being awesome. I see it all the time here. I hope you take heart in that.
I saw in your comments to Phlo that sometimes you get real down in the dumps. There is an exercise to brighten your moods. Have you heard of a gratitude diary? It's just a simple note on a calendar about what went right. Everyday, like after you do homework, jot something down. It can be simple stuff, or big events. 1. Dinner tasted great. 2. Homework was easy. 3. So&So said something nice to me. After a week or two of reflecting each night, you start to see the good stuff as it happens - That's going on the calendar! It's easy and proven effective. (No cheating and letting the blues write negative stuff!). It's worth a shot! :)
Shaylen, you are one of the most caring people here. I'm so glad we met. Thank you, Jan!
I have my calendar on my desk that I use. I drink my morning tea or coffee and write mine down to start my day. It gets one off to a good start.
I also have a Vision Board. Some call it a Dream Board...
@Marcus hello Sir Marcus! Listen to Happy, she is a Wise Sage, and was there when you needed her.... All will be well my friend....;)
This is gonna be fun!
