What are some things i could do to start making me feel better about myself?

i have a VERY low self esteem and ive struggled with a lot of depression and anxiety the past couple months.. ive felt really worthless and hideous and i just dont know what to do to make myself feel better...

Do yoga its a great way to beat your inner demons and feel calm and collected... First start with meditating for 20 mins and continue longer... Yoga moves can be dangerous so pick beginner videos first... And remember YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL :)

To make yourself feel better, you can find something that you are good at and make yourself better at it. For instance, you can find a hobby and perfect it. You can also find some friends who make you feel better about yourself.

First thing you can do is find the good. I know it is there.... and I dont even know you. You are NOT hideous...and definitely not worthless. I went through the same thing but I had people telling me those things.... family members.
If there are things you dont like about yourself, you can change them. For me, when I was younger, was my weight. I wasnt fat...but weighed too much. I didnt realize at the time that muscle weighed more than fat does and tried to keep my weight down. I never looked bad though....just paid way too much attention to a scale.
I was not popular..... but my brothers were. I always felt like it was my problem. I didnt realize that I am just WAY different than my brothers. They loved to be the center of attention.... I didnt.
You can learn to love yourself... You just have to realize that you are worth it. You do not have to be like everyone else. Being YOU is the only person you can be. Dont compare yourself with anyone else.

You need a major shift to get out of your funk. Change what your doing. New life,, New blood, New activity. Start going for walks, do some volunteer work. When you help others you will feel better as a person. This way you will also meet new people. Maybe start making your own jewelry or hair accessories and start a little business. You have the whole world at your feet, all you have to do is start and keep going, everything will fall into place. Feel better:):)

Just start walking outside during the day, even for 20 minutes. You might be seasonally affected. Do you get depressed in the Winter time? Feel happy and energetic in the Summer? Also, take a multiple vitamin with your meal. It can make a huge difference in how you feel.

You must get up early in the morning and go for a long walk, or jogging, brisk walking, swimming, go get fresh air in the garden, start gardening, then take a bath and feel fresh. Yes it is a very good experience.
