if I do 200 sit ups a day will I get a 6 pack. I am skinny but not that skinny. and how long would it take

How bout join high school football than you get a six pack. (I realise you're 13 so next year is when you can joint) and crunches are if you're lazy. Do those, some planks, and 6 inches all mixed in then you'll get a six pack

If you do 200 and you aren't prepared, then you will, and you'll provably faint. EVERYONE has to start small.

Hmm then you must be out of shape. At football we immediately start lifting right as we're ready to start. Only a quick warmup then bam 60-70% of your max on the bar. I can tell you crunches are nothing
