How bout join high school football than you get a six pack. (I realise you're 13 so next year is when you can joint) and crunches are if you're lazy. Do those, some planks, and 6 inches all mixed in then you'll get a six pack
Your 13 why are you worrying about that
No you'll throw up and your muscles will rip up
You have to do more than just sit ups.
My guess is a few months.
