As a single father, and my girls in gymnastics, they ALL had problems the first time. Here's a secret, use K-Y jelly to lubricates the tampon. It worked for them, it should for you also, relax, and take care. :)
It may be a bit uncomfortable and hurt some but not so much if you lay down with legs drawn up and try to relax and go slow. It will get easier and less uncomfortable over time. Personally I preferred the non-applicator types like OB. Much easier to control. Just remember... Breathe and relax.:-)
Kind of. I even practiced with them so many times, and it still hurt like hell. Putting tampons in, does not hurt, but it's taking them out. It burns the insides of your love tunnel, plus I thought the string for it would tear apart haha That's why I use pads instead. They're so much better.
It can feel a little uncomfortable - not so much hurt - for a moment, if you don't relax the muscles in the vagina or, if the vagina is dry when inserting the tampon. It can also be uncomfortable afterwards if you haven't inserted the tampon far enough into the vagina. Even if it is not the first time.
well I mean of course if you're not used to it, don't exactly go out and buy the biggest tampon you can find lol it's been so long ago for me I can't even remember if it hurt or not! IT'S CERTAINLY NOT AS BAD AS HAVING CHILDREN. so that is a totally hallelujah moment in my book.
