Practice,Practice, Practice, take a break and drink some water, and practice. Also, play for your team, not for yourself.

Its a lot of running. Be prepared. Take a knee means get on one knee and not stand there like an idiot (learned from experience) make sure to change sides after half time (also learned that the hard way)

Know your team's net.
You can try to keep your hands back from getting it touched by the ball.
And if you're playing defense, help the goalie.

Always practice at your house and always be a part of the team. Your legs and abs need to be fit for soccer.

i would suggest you work on small touches like dribbling and juggling. then start working on accuracy for passing and shooting. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU WATCH PROFESSIONAL SOCCER!!! you will learn what to do in different situations by watching the best of the best.
