Ok I need the best advice please!! I'm 13 and I weigh about 97 pounds and I have muscle in my legs because I run alot ya know..(read below))

and I want a flatter stomach! any advice how??

Im 13 and weigh about 80 and I swim, run track and cross country, play soccer and I eat a bunch of crap just keep running and to sit ups

Keep running and you'll have a flat stomach. Cut the sweets. Do planks.
