If its sugar free do not drink/eat it, whatever it is....look on the ingredients of sugar free stuff, it probably has either aspartame or acelfame-k in it. Those are cancer-causing chemicals...the media/company tries to cover it up but...ITS NOT WORKING!! lol just think: "would I rather be fat or have cancer?" because you increase your chances of getting cancer if you eat or drink aspartame or scelfame-k....plus how much does sugar free crap REALLY help weight loss....seriously...just do some jumping jacks or goodness sake......
Just for clarification, most of these aren't good. Artificial sweeteners used now (right now I believe D or L c6h12o6 is being synthesized as a non detrimental sweetener) damage out livers pretty badly. This is why diet soda is said to be bad.
I would suggest avoiding things that are sugar substitutes and HFCS' but they shouldn't do to much in the short run.
No......I do mio all the time. Just not too much at a time or a day or whatever. I love it! Try the crystal light energy stir ins. They are awesome! My moms doctor told her they didn't make a difference.
