How much weight can you lose in 1 month if you walk on a treadmill for 1 hour, everyday?

The biggest factor in losing weight is calorie intake. Working out is good but you have to walk like a day to burn off a 1/4 of a meal, that when you wake up to going a slept. However working out can increase your metabolism, which can have a large effect on how many calories you burn normally, so just tell him to do the hour but watch what he eats.

He should jog or run I don't think walking does much. I could give a workout plan maybe if he wants to workout.
