do you think is it better to buy canon 5 d mark 3 or 6d ? or waiting new camera if it will come soon?

Both are great cameras. However, Canon EOS 6D is more advanced in features than the Canon EOS 5D Mark III. Therefore, if you are looking for better quality photos and more advanced camera operations, then it is better to go for the Canon EOS 6D. However, if you cannot afford the cost, then you can still go for the Canon EOS 5D Mark III.
