vitamin d. it comes from the sun & when its cold, people stay inside & dress warmer so they do not get as much from the sun.
talk to your dr he can check your levels. mine is extremely low & I'm on a very high dose.

I go though the same thing every year
, I've tried those lights that is suppose to make you feel better , but it didn't work .

You can either move to a warmer state like I did however, to be serious, there is a name for what your are experiencing which escapes me at the moment. It is a real "syndrome". There is a light you can purchase which acts as daylight and it works on a person's depressed state in the winter months.

What you have is called SAD. Season Affected Disorder.I have it also.I have no window curtains so that the sun shines into my living room year round.You need exposure to the sun,and vitiman D.

And kit kats!!!!!!!!!!! <33333 and hang out with friends!!!!! And have a game night or bake off or some other fun competition with friends and family!!!!! And dance to your favorite music!!!!!! And play harmless pranks (i suggest stuff like 'JStuStudios' does on YouTube) when you go to a store!!!!!!!!! And I can't think of any more fun things right this second!!!!!!!!!!
