The recommended daily amount of sodium is 2,400 milligrams daily, who do some only say 1,500 milligrams per day?

Some people have a sodium sensitivity and can't have as much because it causes them to bloat. This happens mostly in women. On the flip side a guy with normal sodium tolerence who is working hard outside all day in the summer and needing alot of water will need more sodium, easily as much as 5 grams.
