You are losing water weight. So in a sense yes. But the minute you drink something, you're going to put that weight back on.

Just sweat not fat or anything. Fighters and wrestlers do this to make weight sometimes; shed water weight and then rehydrate and eat after weigh in to regain their strength and may be several pounds heavier at the actual time of the fight or match.
