You mean go back to the days of swapping 2 chickens and a goat for a Happy Meal?? The money is easier to tote around then the farm animals are.

i know why people hate money very much sometimes, but it is not money's fault, it is because we are still not able to use money and we give money to people legally even they do something illegal or do something which is not good for our society.

maybe money is a very good idea, but we are still not intelligent enough to use this idea.

You're right, it isn't money's fault because money is man-made

Whether it is cash , bags of salt, sheep , etc. It is necessary to have some medium of exchange to be able to obtain goods and services , money is portable and easy to use.

That is almost impossible. Even in the most primitive societies there was a 'currency' of some sort whether its beads or bits of shell or horses or sheep or whatever. Even back when barter and trade were the main way of doing things valuations were placed on things so like it might take five dozen eggs to trade for one baby goat and four goats to trade for one cow, etc.
In this world someone always has something that others dont have but either want or need. Most folks arent willing to give those things away for free. There always has to be a currency and exchange rate of some sort. In most cases money is required to entice people to work and do what is necessary. Most of the goods and services you enjoy because people get paid to provide them. There are more foreign doctors in our clinics now because American docs arent getting the money they want and are moviing to more lucrative specialties.

Money provides a defense against poverty and its attendant troubles, enabling persons to procure both necessities and luxuries. (Compare Ec 7:12; 10:19.) For this reason the possibility exists of a person’s beginning to trust in money as security and to forget his Creator. (Compare De 8:10-14.) “The love of money [literally, fondness of silver] is a root of all sorts of injurious things, and by reaching out for this love some have been led astray from the faith and have stabbed themselves all over with many pains.” (1Ti 6:10) For money, persons have perverted justice, prostituted themselves, committed murder, betrayed others, and falsified the truth.—De 16:19; 23:18; 27:25; Eze 22:12; Mt 26:14, 15; 28:11-15.
On the other hand, the proper use of money is approved by God. (Lu 16:1-9) This includes contributing toward the advancement of pure worship and giving material assistance to those in need. (Compare 2Ch 24:4-14; Ro 12:13; 1Jo 3:17, 18; see CONTRIBUTION; GIFTS OF MERCY.) Although much good can thus be done with money, the most valuable things—spiritual food and drink, eternal life itself—can be obtained without it.—Isa 55:1, 2; Re 22:17.

There will always have to be some sort of trade .. unless you can live off the land and never have to depend on anyone else for anything. In a large society, that is not even plausible. We can't all be living off the land .. if we did ... fish and wildlife would diminish to the point of extinction, crops would be pilfered by others who are desperate and intensely suffer from disease, pestilence and weather conditions .. you would have to 'defend' what you have like back in 'caveman' days.

The reality of it is .. we depend on trade for our goods and services. It's a matter of survival.

yes, and i think once there are trades, there have to be money.
Report as
Would you say that a matter of survival would be based more on nature? The Sun? The earth that grows food without GMOs? I guess one could argue that the Sun and food doesn't pay rent or a mortgage for example because of 'the system', but, what an incredible way to live...

It's coming to that in the near future. A cashless society. The New World Order. The Mark of The Beast.

I appreciate your confidence James, perhaps some people are so dependent on 'the system' that they are willing to protect it.

Actually this will be presented in a way that will be appealing to the eye to the point that people will be so deceived that they will gladly take it. Unless you understand the bible you to will become apart of something that is evil and controling. Here's how it works. They have proven the best thing is credit cards but the credit card can be stolen. So they will implant a micrichip into your body that tells everything they need to know about you. Your medical info. Your bank acct. Everything. Here's why people will fall for it. You can't buy or sell anything unless you have this chip therefore if cash isn't invovled then it does no good to try and steal something from someplace or somebody because you can't sell it. Oh yeah you can trade processions but you can't buy or trade medical or food in which is what you really need to survive.

We can and at one time we did have world with out money. When Adam and Eve were created there was no currency! Many times today, money has had a very divisive effect on people. They use it to distinguish people's quality of life. At 1 Timothy 610 it says, "For the love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things, and by reaching out for this love some have been led astray from the faith and have stabbed themselves all over with many pains." We need to just have a proper view of money in our lives.
