If a contract is null and void and in that contract it states you can sue for each others attorney's fees, can I be sued for attorney's fees

I had a contract for the sale my business and in the contract stated that we could see each other for attorney's fees. I proceeded to bring my suit against this individual and then found out I only had a month to sue her instead of a year as I had originally thought. Now she's trying to sue me for attorneys fees based on the contract that is null and void. I dropped the suit when i found out that i only had a month and would lose the case. Can she win.

Well, I thought that as long as the case began within the time period, it is not void. That said, you really should be asking a lawyer.
