I drink Birch Leaf tea in the morning and Dandelion/Yarrow tea in the afternoon ! One is a natural statin and the other cleans the toxins from my meds from my liver ! Tea is really good for you ! Try different kinds and experiment till you find a couple that you like and are good for you !
It depends on the tea. Also, remember that water is the best for you. Tea also has caffeine, which can be bad is taken in large doses. The sugar in your tea is also bad for you, because tea can be as bad as Coke or any other soda which are unhealthy. There is some tea that have antioxidants but those can be found in fruit as well, therefore, you don't have to drink tea. Hope this helped!
