What I like for a quick breakfast before college is, greek yogurt (or any plain vanilla yogurt), with a handful of raw oatmeal, drizzled in honey and sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon) on top. It tastes really good and is fast :)
first, you should have some water to get your digestion going. Then you should have foods rich in B vitamins for energy, fiber for digestive health, probiotics for digestive health, omega 3 fatty acids for brain function... Fish filet with bananas, cracked wheat toast, yogurt and milk and juice to drink. While is slaps tradition in the face, it's what your body needs to have a good start.
