I would say to cook it. Feeding it raw gives it the taste of blood and will trigger natural instincts of the wolf. You will be creating a mess and a dog more likely to become aggressive and bite other animals and people.
Canines have more of their rough, wild instincts (vicious and jealous of their meat) when it's raw. There's more nutrients when it's raw, but in case it may get sick from some microbe or virus in the meat or that you want it to be more tame to you, you might want to cook it. Boiling or baking it is healthier and doesn't require you to add oil to it. Be sure to add grass and veggies to its diet (mostly cooked with the meat or the juices at least so it smells better to it) so it get its fiber and vitamins. :)
