You may be doing something her boyfriend did, too. Possibly something she did not like, or liked very much. But she's afraid to speak up. Next time she mentions him ask if you remind her of him in some way. Bad or good, it will give her an opportunity to tell you. Don't be offended. You want things to work out well between you & sometimes that means dropping a habit or two. Or, acquiring a few new ones.

It usually means that she hasn't quite let go yet. The worst thing a person can do in front of a potential mate is talk about their ex.

It depends what she has to say. It is possible to be OVER a person, but not over the disappointment. Listen to her; that may be what she needs. Maybe she left him because it DIDN'T listen.
