Can we get rid of this commenting rule?

Ive read the article. it doesnt help explain why we cant comment.

Thats my personal opinion .... Is there any possible way this can get over turned.....?

You can only comment limited amounts every 24 hours. Comment 25 times in a row.

Ugh. 3 hours. I can't comment for 3 hours now. Both me and CaptainLokiThor. no point in being on ask. If anyone sees this make sure SecondBreakfastClub knows

Ask isn't a chat site through, so unless one is attempting to use it as one, there shouldn't be all that much of an issue. There have always been posting limits - they used to be a lot lower, then they upped them for a while, which seemed to have made things kind crazy, so that's probably why they dropped it back down a bit again.
