I have weight loss problems and need help!
I am turning 18 on march 30 and I'm 234 lbs. I have tried everything it seems and nothing works. I work out more, I eat less, and nothing's worked and I haven't lost any weight. I cut down to one soda a day instead of 4 or 5, but I still haven't made much progress. Now I rarely work out because I don't have the motivation or time to do so be side of the lack of results in the past and all that. I hate the way I look and I really want to be fit, and I don't know what to do. Please help me! I am willing to try anything. Please! I don't know what to do anymore :(
