I have weight loss problems and need help!

I am turning 18 on march 30 and I'm 234 lbs. I have tried everything it seems and nothing works. I work out more, I eat less, and nothing's worked and I haven't lost any weight. I cut down to one soda a day instead of 4 or 5, but I still haven't made much progress. Now I rarely work out because I don't have the motivation or time to do so be side of the lack of results in the past and all that. I hate the way I look and I really want to be fit, and I don't know what to do. Please help me! I am willing to try anything. Please! I don't know what to do anymore :(

Well you say you are not working out because the lack of results in your diet you should work out regardless of the results losing weight takes time. The main thing is you have to imagine how happy you will be when you get to your ideal shape . That's the motivation! Just start small take little walks and work your way up . If you want it bad enough you will not stop until you meet your goal. You want to know the difference between people that are successful and people that are not. People that aren't take breaks and give up when they are at a obstacle instead of crashing through it .As for successful people they realize the value of time and they know it is not something they can not get back. So they give it 110% to reach there goal. Good luck don't give up.

Try drinking more water. Also have you gone to the doctor? You could have hypothyroidism or something else that causes weight gain.

Eat broccoli and a lot of fruit. Calorie counting is not the only factors to help you lose weight.
