Is this poem something, that after i tell her this i could ask her out. I based this off the song Simply Amazing by Trey Songz

Please never change, you may not be perfect but your completely worth it, and your simply amazing. Just like a work of art, your smile is like sunshine. Hair beautiful like a dozen doves, voice like a angel. You made my day today, and everyday. You always make me smile, and it lasts for a while. You are crazay, but just in the good way. You are so caring, and loving and sharing. You make the sunshine, you make the earth spin. You can make me grin whenever I see you, I can't even imagine how you will amaze me today. I look forward to talking to you, your great to be around, just the sound of your voice makes me think how does she do it all...

It will be advisable to ask her out first or you can simply get a poem that talk about an admirer. Your poem is very sweet with coated words but it is good for one whom you have dated for some time.
