What's a good way to get me to not want to eat junk food, and to lose weight quickly? i'm up for all answers.

i tried dieting, and it worked for a little while, but it just didn't last. i only need to lose like 10-15lbs... or at least i want to.

Don't eat. I lost 10 pounds in a week, for not eating anything. I wouldn't recommend that though. I got my tonsils and adenoids taken out. That's why I didn't eat for that long. I don't even remember that week.... Probably cuz the pain meds they put me on... I love those pain meds... ;)

Dont buy junk food. Buy lower calorie snacks.

Just try to drink more water and/or milk. And buy minty things to chew on, like minty gum...or peppermint candies. It *LEGIT* worked for me.

diets do not work. rid your home of the junk foods. replace with ready to go fruits and veggies. Park farther from work and walk. do not use elevators. use the stairs. Got a dog? walk your dog 2 times a day for 30 minutes each time. eat out ? stop. cook at home. pack your lunch. eat really small portions but more then 3 times a day. Always eat breakfast.

when you find yourself wanting something salty or sugary drink a few glasses of water, that's what I do, then I feel too full to eat anything for an hour or so.
