13 yrs old 185 lbs and I need to be at least 115-120 by June 1 is it possible? How do I make it happen? Pls help

Stop drinking any soda, water only. Eat healthy, give up sugar things like cookies. Exercise more, walk, jog when you can. Use stairs when possible instead of elevator. Cut back on high carbs like white bread.

I'm really not sure i heard it from my friends and when you try those drops you will lose 15 pounds each week you have them but it really helps

you are only 13 lose weight but do it in a timely,healthy pace. you have to stick with it,and not rush it

insanity, p90x, brazillian butt lift, and eating healthy. dont think that not eating helps, it makes you hungrier then you over eat and become over weight

Eat 5 meals a day consisting of veggies, fruits, grains, and protein since you're 13 and exercise. At a healthy pace don't rush:) and drink lots of water.

Cardio. And look up online foods that burn fat. Drop one unhealthy thing you eat a lot like soda. And most importantly believe you can do it!

You may lose 20-25 if you do like described above. Water, no soda, exercise, vegetables, etc. That is an impressive weight loss. You will feel healthier and more energetic. Do it right or it won't stay off.
