Stop drinking any soda, water only. Eat healthy, give up sugar things like cookies. Exercise more, walk, jog when you can. Use stairs when possible instead of elevator. Cut back on high carbs like white bread.
You may lose 20-25 if you do like described above. Water, no soda, exercise, vegetables, etc. That is an impressive weight loss. You will feel healthier and more energetic. Do it right or it won't stay off.
