Sounds like the problem is finding a reliable, helpful doctor who'll stick it out and help your mom. I guess this means more appointments with specialist (gerontology, internal medicine, etc) till you find the one. You know so much about her condition, do you know what treatments are indicated too? Bottom line, keep looking, I hate the thought of your mom suffering.

You can help reducing her pain by having blood transfusion into her body. However, the only way to determine her sickness would be through testing by doctor. You can also get determined in treating the illnesses that she is already suffering, which could be the cause for the pain she is undergoing.
