Does the rate of calculation get slower when a super computer divides a small number against bigger and bigger numbers?

Like for example if I had a super computer and it took it a second for a that computer to divide 7 by a number with 100 digits, but then I asked the computer to divide 11 by a number with 1,000,000 digits, would it still take a second to divide even thought the second number keeps getting bigger in comparison? And please give me a specific answer instead of n unclear one, thanks :)

Larger calculations take longer to compute. It's common sense, it may only be micro seconds but more computations simply take longer than less computations. If one problem takes 50 computations it will take less time than a problem with 100 computations.

If ! you had a super computer? Well, If I was driving my car at 186,000 miles per sec. and I turned on the headlights, would they do anything? Seems we both have way too much time on our hands.
