How can I become Fit?
I could be joining this hip hop club thingy and I really want to be fit for it. It looks tiring. If you think "nah, I think average fitness is okay for hip hop" just say so :D. I mainly want to be strong and be able to jog slowly for like, half an hour. Please!!!! Help! Oh yes. Tell me what you think of hip hop and what the great things are about hip hop and the bad things. You can also give advice! Thanks
