Does NY have a car travel ban in effect, and if so am I aloud to Travel on Foot? I Need to Know ASAP

Im leaving for USMC Bootcamp on Monday, and I wanna see my girl Before I leave. No matter how much Snow We Got. Please Answer Quick!!

I believe you can still go but they just highly suggest you don't drive.

Agree with above answer. Today I believe there is a parking banned, atleast there is in Rhode Island. And aww that's so sweet
