What's the fastest way to get rid of tendonitis

I've had it for a while now and now it's just annoying. it still hurts but I've kinda gotten use to it which isn't right so I need a way to get rid of it

You can't. It's like arthritis, always there. I've had it for 20 years. You learn to adapt.

Really?!?! I've had it for more than a year. Will it get better or worse like arthritis? I'm only 15 and plan on going into mma. Will it handicap my limitations?

Yeah my doctor said its osgood shlotters or something which is tendinitis when you're young basically

You might want to check into this. It might not be tendinitis. You're doctor can make the proper diagnosis.

I'm guessing u live somewhere cold w very little sun. Take 5000 UI of vitamin D and it should go away in a few weeks depending on how bad it is.

tendonitis usually resolves itself over time in younger people. however, it can become a chronic issue as we grow older. Heat, excersise, and nsaids are the acceptable forms of treatment. If it continues to bother you an orhopedist might be able to offer other treatments that could benefit you. good luck. i suffer with this also.
