What can i do about compulsive (nighttime) eating?
i am not overweight, but an example of what had between 5p.m. and 11p.m. last nite: whopper meal, 4 blueberry muffins and a HUGE bowl of cereal to round it all off! i don't sleep well because of it and wake up feeling awful! is there one thing i can eat early in the evening or something i can do that will prevent these urges to eat!? this happens every nite.
