How to make gravy from roast drippings

I put drippings in a saucepan, mix with a cup or 2 of milk, add some salt, maybe some bouillon to taste and put it on medium heat, then put in maybe half a tablespoon of corn starch to start it thickening and constantly stir until it is almost as thick as you want it to be. Then turn it off and put it into the container you plan to pour from. It will thicken a little bit as it cools.
