Can you get growing pains from a fractured bone trying to heal itself?

My right ring finger is fractured and I get similar pain in that finger as the growing pains I got in my legs as a child.

Yeah, I know. It's not my own though, but I intend to get a similar one. I needed a profilepic and this was saved on my iPo, so... ^^
