I really need to lose weight....read description....Preferably like 30 lbs. in 30-60 days. Any good weight loss suggestions?
I am 5'7 and pretty overweight. and no I'm not one of those girls pushing 130 soaking wet saying "I'm sooo fat!" But with swimsuit season and prom season coming up...I just really wamt to feel healthy again and need some help with diet suggestions as working in excercise is crazy for my schedule.
