I really need to lose weight....read description....Preferably like 30 lbs. in 30-60 days. Any good weight loss suggestions?

I am 5'7 and pretty overweight. and no I'm not one of those girls pushing 130 soaking wet saying "I'm sooo fat!" But with swimsuit season and prom season coming up...I just really wamt to feel healthy again and need some help with diet suggestions as working in excercise is crazy for my schedule. I really need some help!! any and all is great!!! thanks!

From your question, I can't help but feel that a lack of exercise is your major impediment. In order to lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume. The most effective method of losing weight is to eliminate all empty calories, soda pop, candy, chips, etc and focus your diet on fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes. I would suggest that you vigorously exercise for 45 min. daily which will result in a significant elevation in post-exercise energy expenditure that can persist for for as long as 14 hours.

Walk a lot every day. Eat mostly fruit and veggies.

You cannot lose 30 lbs in 30 or 60 days... You have to be more realistic. Just change your diet... eat healthy organic foods. Do not eat any processed foods or anything sweetened with high fructose corn syrup or corn sugars as those are a federally approved poison to your system. Do not drink any soda's. Increase your activity as much as you can tolerate and you should be able to lose 30 lbs safely in about 6-8 months. Continue a healthy life style and you wont have pounds creeping up on you.

Only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. Exercise as much as you can. Jogging shreds the weight and can be done in a short time Eat in moderation and you should see changes.
